Models
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series includes the following models:
- Galaxy Watch 8: The standard model, featuring a thinner design and new "Dynamic Lug" system for improved comfort and health tracking accuracy. It is available in 40mm and 44mm sizes.
- Galaxy Watch 8 Classic: This model brings back the physical rotating bezel and is available in a single 46mm size. It features a thicker cushion design similar to the Galaxy Watch Ultra (2024) and an added Quick Button.
- Galaxy Watch Ultra (2025): A refreshed version of the rugged Ultra model, offering enhanced durability with an aerospace-grade titanium casing. It is available in a 47mm size and includes a new "Quick Button".
Specifications
The Galaxy Watch 8 series runs Wear OS 6 with One UI Watch 8 and is powered by the new Samsung Exynos W1000 (3 nm) chip. All models use Super AMOLED displays. Notable health tracking improvements include antioxidant detection and AI-powered health guidance.[6]

All models are IP68 dust and water resistant (up to 50m for 30 min, 5 ATM) and MIL-STD-810H compliant.[1] The Watch Ultra specifically features an aerospace-grade titanium casing and Sapphire Crystal Glass protection.[8]
