Sangeetha Sai is an Indian actress and television presenter who has appeared in Tamil films and television shows.
Career
Sangeetha started her career in television as a video jockey at Sun Music channel in 2014. In 2017, she made her debut as an actress in the television series Azhagu which aired on Sun TV, where she played as Poorna Mahesh, the main antagonist. In 2018, she participated in the show Super Sister along with her brother in Sun TV. In 2020, she won the best villain award in Sun Kudumbam Viruthugal for her performance as Poorna in Azhagu.[2] The same year, she also hosted the talk-show reality program, Vanakkam Tamizha which also aired on Sun TV and the celebrity gossip talk-show Franka Sollatta on Sun Music. In 2018, she played a small supporting role in the film Abhiyum Anuvum, directed by B. R. Vijayalakshmi. In 2020, she played a supporting role in the Trisha starrer Paramapadham Vilayattu which released in Disney+ Hotstar. Later in 2020, she appeared as Anjali in the television series Anbe Vaa. In 2022, she played a lead role in the coming-off-age drama series Kana Kaanum Kaalangal 2 which streamed on Disney+ Hotstar.[3][4] Later the same year, she participated in the dance competition reality show Dance Jodi Dance Reloaded on Zee Tamil as a celebrity partner for contestant Saravana Muthu. In 2023, she appeared in the series Thamizhum Saraswathiyum as Vasundhara, replacing actress Dharshana, which aired on Star Vijay alongside actors Deepak Dinkar and Nakshatra Nagesh.[5] In 2026, she alongside her husband Aravinth Seiju participated in the comedy-cooking reality show Cooku with Comali season 7 as contestants on Star Vijay.[6][unreliable source]
