Sanjay Rath (Odia: ସଞୟ ରଥ; born 7 August 1963 at Sambalpur, Odisha) is an Indian astrologer. He comes from a traditional family of astrologers from Bira Balabhadrapur Sasan village in Puri, which trace their lineage back to Shri Achyuta Das (Acyutananda).
Sanjay Rath became a graduate of mechanical engineering and joined the Government of India in July 1991. He was promoted to Under Secretary in the Ministry of Defence in October 1997. Sanjay Rath resigned from government service in September 2000 to focus on Jyotisha.
Sanjay Rath, and his students write Jyotiṣa articles, which are published in quarterly magazine - Jyotish Digest.
