Sar Faraz Khan (Urdu: سر فراز خان ‎) (Hindi: सर फ़राज़ खान ) (born 24 April 1992) is an Indian Hindi-Urdu Modern Writer^[1]^[2]^[3], prominent Occasional singer^[4]^[5] and Motivational Speaker^[6]^[7]^[8] from Mysore. He belongs to a Mahdavia Muslim family. He is known for his Poetic talent and a very spectacular style of rendering ash'aars, also famous for Singing and Good temperament in his locality. Since 2018, Sar Faraz Harfi is the Managing Director of Aryan Kompany^[9] which is founded by Him on 2018^[10] and also co-founder of BAK Foundation.^[11]

Early life[edit]

Sar Faraz Harfi was born on 24 April 1992 in Channapatna to Shafi Khan a Handicraft worker and his wife Nageena Bano.^[12] He was their elder child and grew up in Mysore the heritage city of Karnataka. He did his schooling from SKVS School and completed his Higher Secondary from Sri kanteshwara P U College Mysore. With this, he participated in the examinations of Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha and also received his religious education from SAMASTHA KERALA SUNNI VIDYABHYASA BOARD. Then he left his studies due to domestic problems, they Sold their house and shifted to Channapatna, where lived a middle-class life in rented apartments But his love on medical field, Took Him to BSS College where He did MLT Course and Connect with the medical sector. He is very religious and his attachment to Sufi saints made him pleasant, so that he started expressing his feelings in poetic style.

His religious Naats are something which makes a person cry within the heart. He is a poet of love, poet of emotions and poet of life. He uses the most easiest words in his ghazals so that his message could be transferred in the easiest way. There are enormous amount of poems, ghazals and nazm written by him are popular in all over the world for his outstanding creations.

Although Faraz was given the birth name Sar Faraz Khan but he used his pen-name Haraf and prefers his name to be written as Sar Faraz Harfi. He Married to Almas Khanum,^[13] a Mahdavia Muslim, in a traditional muslim wedding ceremony on 23 June 2019. after a year courtship, They have a son Baqa Ahmed Khan (born 2020).^[14] Sar Faraz Harfi is a very kind hearted & loving personality, According to him, he strongly believes in Islam and also values the others religion. In AUGUST 2010, He participated in IARF-SACC RELIGIOUS FREEDOM workshop Mysore, and always lent his support to women Rights and Human Rights organizations, He loves to give his care to the animals and fond of plants & Flowers.

Sar Faraz was fond of writing poetry since childhood, he used to write religious songs and poems, But at the behest of friends, he started writing as a professional writer, he wrote many poems, songs, film stories and books in which he was somewhat successful.

He is very disappointed with the current Bollywood, he did his best with Bollywood but his career could not progress due to discrimination.

Founding of Aryan Kompany[edit]

After resigning from his lab technician's job, Sar Faraz Harfi decided to form his own Diagnostic Center, and founded the Aryan Kares (A Complete care center)^[31] The first lab of the Aryan Kares was set up at the Channapatna near Sharu Hotel. In the early years he had to struggle a lot, It was a 10x20 room with one table and three chairs and medical equipments. Initially, he had one assistants to help him.

At the tiny lab, he began to make a team that would stay with him for years, which includes Almas Khanum (his wife), Dildar Khan, Afreed Khan (his younger brothers) and two former schoolmates named Thyagaraju and Nishanth. Sar faraz was a risk-taker and believed in building inventories to increase profit. In 2018 he formed RNK Groups which later became Aryan Kompany^[32]^[33]^[34].
