Sara Jay (born November 14, 1977) is an American pornographic actress from Cincinnati, Ohio who has been inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame. Sara Jay got her start in adult before there were DVD's appearing in a movie '18 and Eager #6' that was released on VHS.[1] She has appeared in more than 400 films and was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame in January 2017.[2][3] She claims to have shot more than 3000 scenes. [4] Of the Hall of Fame award, Sara Jay is quoted as saying: It was quite a thrill and total shock to be named to the AVN Hall of Fame. It’s an honor to be included with my top peers in adult."[5]

In 2011, Jay was named to the Top 10 List of most Googled adult stars[6] (which also occurred in 2013).[7]
In 2012, Fleshlight signed her to mold her body parts.[8] In 2012, Jay was threatened by the NBA over use of the name #TeamBJNBA on twitter.[9][10][11] That year she was mentioned on the Piers Morgan Show on CNN[12] and was also a special guest on the Russell Brand show on the FX (TV Channel) Network.[13]
Jay has appeared in two horror movies, "Exterminator City" in 2005[14] and "What Lies Beyond... the Beginning" in 2014.[15] In 2013, Jay was asked and published by MTV Staying Alive Foundation to debate the damaging effects of pornography on young people.[16] Jay argued that 'One of the most crucial parts of parenting is to educate children about the difference between right and wrong and to instill morals and values. These are what help them make decisions. For instance, it’s up to parents to make sure their children know that even though they might see others committing dangerous or unsafe acts, it is important that they are capable of making right judgement."
In 2015, Jay's YouTube video was featured on MTV's comedy clip show Ridiculousness.[17]
In 2017, Sara Jay started managing other performers through her company WydeSyde Productions.[18]
In 2018, Sara Jay won the Triple Threat Award at Nightmoves, an award won previously by Stormy Daniels and Bonnie Rotten.[19]
