Sarang Sathaye (born 13 August 1982) is an Indian Marathi actor and director known for his work such as Bharatiya Digital Party,[1] Ghoul, The Bright Day (2012), Shala(2011), Samhita. He started his career with the English-Hindi bilingual mini-series Bring on the Night (2012), which was aired on MTV.

Early life

Sarang studied at Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune. He began actively participating in play competitions since he began college. He lived in Pune with his family. Sarang stepped into the entertainment business through Pune’s experimental theatre. He married his longtime girlfriend Paula Mcglynn, with whom he was in a relationship for the last 6 years.

Career

Sarang made his debut in a feature film with The Bright Day (2015), a Hindi language film. In 2017, he released the movie Ubuntu, a Marathi comedy drama. In 2019, he acted in Marathi films including Welcome Home, directed by Sumitra Bhave & Sunil Sukthankar.
