The saucisson à l'ail (sausage with garlic or garlic sausage), also called saucisson de Paris (Paris sausage) or Paris-ail, is a French charcuterie composed of chopped pork meat, seasoned of a preparation containg egg white, salt, pepper, spices and chopped fresh garlic that gives his name.
