Despite his successful professional futsal career in the UK, he expressed his desire to play for the India national futsal team. He stated, "Though I have played professional futsal at the highest level in the UK, with half of my squad being futsal players that play for their country, I still want to play for India. I am looking for the moment. I hope to do that soon, once India has a national team."
