Sayon "Stephany" Park is a Korean American actress of film, television, and theater. Having worked extensively in the film industry, she is now based in South Korea.
Personal life[edit]
Sayon was born in Virginia but moved back to South Korea when she was eight months old. She grew up bilingual in English and Korean and attended Seoul International School. She then moved back to the U.S. and went to Carnegie Mellon University and graduated with B.S. in Information Systems and B.A. in Fine Arts. She worked at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a researcher and had working experiences at multiple multinational IT firms before she started full-time acting.
In South Korea, Sayon has started in a wide range of roles in films including The Drop, Love Anyway, and Our Body.[1] She also has worked as an English news presenter for Arirang TV.
