Schutte Hammermill is an American manufacturer of size reduction equipment headquartered in Buffalo, New York.[4][5]
History
Schutte Hammermill was founded in 1928 as Schutte Pulverizer to produce hammer mills.[1]
In 2004, Schutte Pulverizer was merged with Buffalo Hammermill Corporation to form Schutte-Buffalo Hammermill.[6]
In December 2014, Schutte-Buffalo Hammermill was acquired by Martin J. Berardi.[7][8]
In 2016, Chris Berardi was appointed president and general manager as part of a transition to a broader management structure.[9]
In 2019, Schutte-Buffalo Hammermill acquired CM Recycling Equipment.[10][11]
In 2021, Martin J. Berardi was appointed as a chair.[12]
