Screenshot Monitor[1][2][3][4][5] is an employee and freelancer time tracking and screenshot monitoring software tool. The software is developed by the New Jersey, US-based company Pranas.NET.

Screenshot Monitor relies on taking screenshots of employees and freelancers' computer desktop to monitor their time spent online and indicate their productivity. Real-time capture of screenshots continues even when the employees' computers go offline.[6][7] The overall number of screenshots being taken are subject to an hourly upper limit.[8]
