The journal with international ISSN certificate is officially registered by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Azerbaijan Republic. The editor-in-chief of the scientific journal is the general director of the RSSC ANAS, corresponding member of ANAS, professor Gurban Yetirmishli. Since 2019, the journal has been published twice a year. Articles published in the journal are based on feedback from local and foreign scientists and experts.
