Semperis is a cybersecurity company headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey. Although focused on security products for Microsoft Active Directory, it is also known for creating resources for identity experts. Free community resources include the Purple Knight security assessment tool, the Hybrid Identity Protection Conference, and the Hybrid Identity Protection Podcast.[1][2][3][4]

Semperis Inc. was founded in 2014 by Mickey Bresman, Guy Teverovsky, and Matan Liberman.[5] It originated in Tel Aviv, Israel, but is now based in New Jersey, USA.

Funding[edit]

As of 2022, the company has received a total of $254 million in investor funding: $14 million in Series A, $40 million in Series B, and $200 million in Series C. Its primary investors are KKR, Insight Partners, and Ten Eleven Ventures.[6][7]
