Sequend are a Russian electronic music group composed of Ivan Lomovtcev and Vladislav Shumakov. They also perform under their individual stage names as Critical Bang and Funkmonstah, respectively. Sequend are of Russian descent. Sequend are known for producing various different styles of dance music ranging from drum’n’bass and dubstep. The group have released on Close 2 Death Recordings and subsequently signed to Close 2 Death Recordings in March 2017.
After a series of releases on Close 2 Death Recordings, Sequend made a remix on Invasion Recordings for Mayel's song "Apache".
In 2019, Sequend's first release was Piranhas EP (with Clock Work and Subminderz) on 29 July on You So Fat Records.
In 2020, Sequend released the single "Elements" on 3 February on Shell Shock Recordings.
