Serendipity Point Films (simply known as Serendipity, stylized in Italic), is a Canadian film and television production and distribution company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
History
The company was founded in 1998 by Hungarian-born Canadian producer Robert Lantos after closing the original Alliance Films in 1998. It is also headed by Ari Lantos.[1] Unlike Alliance Atlantis, its products include independent and drama films and television.

In 2002, Lantos confirmed that Ararat would be in the production at Serendipity too as the remainder.
In 2010, it was reported that Serendipity's hit Barney's Version, based on the 1997 novel of the same name, was premiered by Alliance Films which distributed the film with Serendipity that also produced the film, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada at the NAC right around December.[2]
