Brazilian jiu-jitsu
Kabir featured at the Welsh Jujitsu Nationals in Llanelli on 5 April 2025. There, he participated in two styles of jiujitsu. He won the semifinal against Sebastian Shirley on points with a score of 9–4.[1] He then advanced to the final, where he provided a dominant display against his opponent Justin Scaddan to take the Fighting Jujitsu -62 kg gold medal via way of submission.[2] His opponent, Scaddan, is a black belt in Sport Jujitsu.
The second tournament of the day was in the discipline of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Kabir had a heavily anticipated rematch against Shirley, however, he showed gold medal prowess as he submitted his two-time foe to win his second gold medal.[3] To this day, Shirley's only losses across both disciplines are to Kabir.
Kickboxing
Kabir has one kickboxing fight under his belt. It ultimately ended in a loss against opponent Michal Swaisland.[4] Kabir has not fought in kickboxing since.
