listen (help·info) (Bengali: শাহবাজপুর টাউন)[6] is a satellite town/nagar and also to largest union parishad under Sarail Upazila of Brahmanbaria District in the Chittagong Division of eastern Bangladesh.[7] It consists of a self-governing town and It has 1 union parishad, 6 mouzas and 9 wards. Its geographical coordinates are 24° 3′ 6″ North, 91° 10′ 24″ East and its original old name (with diacritics) is Shāhbāzpur.[8]

High School, Shahbazpur Girls High School and Shahbazpur Darul Ulum Madrasah were established in 1907, 2000 and 1886 respectively.
Connectivity
The Shahbazpur Town is directly connected to Asian Highway. It is part of AH1 and AH2 in the Asian Highway Network[12] and also to connected N102 part of N2 Bangladeshi National Highway and sections of the highway are known as the Dhaka–Sylhet Highway.[13]
