Sharita Jackson (born February 8, 2002) is an American Singer, Rapper and Songwriter from Houston, Texas. She started to gain attention by posting covers of herself on TikTok. In late 2020 she started releasing music independently and has released two independent albums and various singles in 2021.
Early life[edit]
Sharita Jackson is from Houston, Texas she was born on February 8, 2002. Jackson was homes-schooled from first to eighth grade. She first gained interest in music when she first heard music from Mariah Carey. By age 12, she begin taking music seriously she begin to post covers of herself on YouTube and writing her own songs.
Career[edit]
Jackson begin posting covers of herself on Youtube but achieved little success. In May 2020 in her senior year of high school she begin posting covers of herself on the video sharing app TikTok. She gained ten thousand followers in her first eighth months being on the platform. In November 2020 she self released her first single "On That Floor" She also self released two albums. Her debut album "A Dairies Reflection". was released on April 9, 2021. Followed by "Moments In Between". Released on September 3, 2021.

Jackson has cited Christina Aguilera, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Lana Del Rey and Amy Winehouse as her "biggest musical influences.
