Shep Unplugged is a segment that airs at halftime during Red Bull New York soccer games on MSG Network. Former New York Cosmos goalkeeper Shep Messing will usually give his opinion on what is happening in MLS that week.
MSG showed this segment throughout the Major League Soccer 2007 season.
