History
The Sheriff group was created by Konstantin Terentyev in 1990, in Moscow. At that time, Konstantin Terentyev was one of the two creators, producers and keyboard players of the group " Stars." The first album of the group "Sheriff" - "Natalie" was released in 1990, and at the same time the group "Sheriff" presented the premieres of the songs "Do not leave," "Fast Train" and "Warm Rain" on the record of the program "Top Secret" in Leningrad. In 1991, "Natali" and "Do not leave" were also presented in "Top Secret"; also with the song "Do not leave" the group "Sheriff" participated in the filming of the musical program "Pearl Island"; the song "Where are you?" was recorded and performed in the concert "Gala Records Presents" and the premiere of the video for this song in the programs "Marathon-15," "Sound Track." In 1992, on June 14, Konstantin Terentyev and the Sheriff group participated in a television shoot with the song "Where are you?" from the final concert of the Hit Top Show 50/50, in honor of the 3rd anniversary of the program, in the Kremlin Palace of Congresses; after which the second version of the video for the song "Where are you?" was created based on the television version of this performance; the songs "Fairy Forest" and "Julia" (a cover of the song "Blue System" - "Romeo & Juliet") were presented to the public, and the album "Julia" was released. In 1993, the television premiere of the song "Julia" took place. The Sheriff group and the Stars group toured extensively around the country and abroad with a joint concert program; the large tours were very successful, creating good competition for other dance music groups of those years. In 1994, the creative paths of Sheriff and Stars gradually diverged, and the Stars group finally ended their careers.
Project "Nemo"
In 1996-1997 Konstantin Terentyev together with Roman Zhukov participated in the Nemo Project – electronic, club music; in 1997 they published the album "Back to the Future." Also in this project, Konstantin Terentyev wrote the lyrics and S. Kulikov composed the music for the song "Space Elevator," to which Konstantin Terentyev and Roman Zhukov presented a joint video "No drugs/Space Elevator" on Channel One. On the channel "TV6 Moscow" in the program "Party Zone" K. Terentyev and R. Zhukov jointly performed with the premiere of the song "White Color."
