Shigeko Kagawa(Born 28 may 1911) Is a Japanese supercentenerian who Is the oldest living japanese person since the death of Miyoko Hiroyasu on 29 July 2025[1]

Biography

Shigeko Kagawa was born on 28 may 1911

Kagawa was a doctor in Osaka when the Second World War was ungoing[2]

Kagawa married in 1947, in 1948 she gave birth to her daughter

in 2021 at the age of 109 Kagawa held the Olympic torch during the 2021 Tokyo olympic games[3]

Kagawa currently lives in Yamatokōriyama Nara Prefecture(Japan)
