Shinsei is a Pan-Asian restaurant in Dallas, Texas, United States. It is co-owned by Lynae Fearing (wife of Dean Fearing) and Tracy Moore Rathbun (wife of Kent Rathbun).[1][2]
The restaurant's executive chef since 2015 has been Jeramie Robison.[3] Casey Thompson formerly occupied the role after studying under Dean Fearing at Dallas' renowned The Mansion Restaurant.[4][5]
