Geography
Shirdale is a village on the eastern border in Ambegaon taluka of Pune district in the state of Maharashtra. It is at a distance of 75 km from Pune city. The location of the taluka is 37 km from the village. It is 18 km east of Rajgurunagar city.
The village is at the end of the Satgaon Plateau, a sub-branch of the Bhimashankar main range in the Sahyadri. It is located 840 meters above sea level.
Weather
The climate is tropical, hot and dry. In total, there are three seasons each year. March to May is summer, June to October is rainy and November to February is winter; the village also experiences effects of climate change. The average annual rainfall in the taluka is up to 760 mm.

1) Village God Hanuman Temple: - There is a 51 feet high Hanuman Temple in the main village. The temple dates back to the 16th century and is said to have been built by Ramdas Swami. In the old days, the temple was Kaularu. The temple was renovated by villagers in 2006. The temple has marble idols of Maruti, Vitthal Rukmini and Ganapati. The temple is magnificently divine. There is also a grand courtyard in front of the temple.
2) Sagdara Devasthan in Mhalsakant: - This place, which is the manifestation of Khandoba in Mhalsakant, is very scenic. In the 12th century, the devotee of this village, Tambe Baba, had a dream and appeared in a teak tree at Sagdara, Khandoba. That saga forest still exists today. There are also steps of Khandoba in this place. Steps have also been made in recent times to get here.
