Shitufta (Script error: The function "langx" does not exist.) is a Torah repository that provides scholars with a platform to publish their hiddushim and encourages innovation in Torah, its study, and dissemination.[1] Shitufta makes all the basic Torah books accessible interactively and develops a network around them for sharing and distributing Torah innovations. The website was created on the initiative of Israeli Hasidic rabbi Yosef Kaminer, head of the Institute for Literacy and Proper Knowledge (Hebrew: המכון לאוריינות וידע כהלכה) who also created the online Haredi encyclopedia Hamichlol.[2]
According to the website itself, as of April 2025, there are already 4,921 innovators in Shitufta.[2]
Content
