Shizzio (born Shazad Khan, 12 July 1986), is an English recording artist. Active from 2004, he has gained considerable fame in the Brit-Asian Music Industry with the release of singles "I Swear", "Come Get Some" and "Arabian Dance". His collaborations with Outlandish, TQ, Jammer; his affiliations with English Gangster Dave Courtney and notable feud with rapper Wiley caught the attention of thousands during the latter part of 2010.

Early career[edit]
2008 saw Shizzio continue to perform all over the UK, breaking into independent charts with singles such as ‘Sari’ featuring Big Narstie (N-Dubz) and ‘Put up your Breitling’.[citation needed] The track was number one in Miami for 5 weeks and spent 4 weeks on top of the Venezuelan charts. The Track is still being played in over 150 countries worldwide.[citation needed]
In 2009, Shizzio released the mixtape Invasion of Privacy, which featured Big Narstie (NAA/N-Dubz), Fire Camp, Elite Team (headed by former Jump Off freestyle champion Mic Assassin), Shizzio has worked with Savana, Akira The Don, Junior Reid, Lumidee and Leona Lewis.
2010–Present: Biography[edit]
His first ever video "Araibian Dance" featured Tim Westwood & Kat Man (Choice FM) in 2006. Play listed in over 150 countries world wide, he has had the a Number One record in Venezuela[citation needed] as well as a most requested song in Miami.[citation needed]
He has collaborated, despite still being unsigned, with The Game, Lil' Kim, Noreaga, Rah Digga, TQ, Mopreme Shakur, Mams Taylor, Mario Winans, Outlandish, Ghetts, Devlin, Big Narstie, Fire Camp, Stig, & Sway . His previous 2 free Mixtapes have been downloaded over 15,000 times[1][not in citation given] (combined).

He was nominated for best urban Asian act by the Brit Asia Music Awards,[3] and is associated with the Burban scene.[4]
In 2011 shizzio became the first south Asian rapper to ever give a TED TALK. He delivered his TED TALK at the world prestigious Oxford University and was the only speaker to receive a standing ovation on the day. The current curator of TED, Chris Anderson personally posted Shizzio's speech on his networking pages. Shizzio has given 2 TED TALKS in total.[citation needed]
