Shotcut is a Pakistani Punjabi comedy film directed by Abu Aleed and Abu Aleeha. The film was initially released on 23 December 2022 in Pakistan.[1][2][3] The project is an Abu Aleeha film that is being made under the Kk Films name. Films like Tevar, Kataksha, and Once Upon a Time in Karachi were created by him.[4]
Plot[edit]
The plot is around two Punjabi theatre performers Naseem Vicky and Honey Albela, what unfortunate events occurred to them, and how they managed to turn their lives around.[5][6]

Release[edit]
The film Shotcut was originally released on 2 September 2022 in Pakistan.[8][9] According to a report from the 24NewsHD TV channel, the movie "Shotcut" has had its release date postponed because of the present political climate. The film was scheduled to be released, but the ongoing political turmoil prevented that from happening. Its new release date has not yet been disclosed.[10]
