Shri Rajeshwari Vilas Coffee Club is a Telugu language comedy movie released in 1976, staring Krishna (Telugu actor) and Jaya Prada in the lead roles. Directed by Chakrapani, this is a classic comedy movie.[1][2] Chakrapani dies during the production of this movie in 1975, the film is dedicated to him.
Plot[edit]
Matthew (Krishna) is a graduate who faces problem getting a job due to this religion. On his friend (Padmanabham) advice, he pretends to be Muthaiah, a Hindu Brahmin, and joins Sri Rajeshwari Vilas Coffee Club. He even starts giving tuitions to the owner's daughter, Rajeshwari (Jaya Prada). Slowly, over time, Rajeshwari, a devout Hindu Brahmin, starts falling for Matthew. From thereon things take a hilarious turn and some unexpected secrets get exposed.[3]
