Siddharth Kapdi, better known as Sid Kapdi, is an Indian storyteller who writes in horror and thriller genres. Born in Bhavnagar, Sid has lived in Kutch, Ahmedabad and Mumbai.

Sid is an alumnus of Gokuldham High School, Walchand Institute of Technology and NMIMS (Mumbai). His journey in the literary world began with a short story called 'Day One at Pamperium, the Spa' which was selected to be part of India's first urban horror anthology called City of Screams in 2019.[1]. Thereafter his short story 'The Mud Ghost' was published in another anthology called HBB Micro Fiction Anthology in 2020 [2].

However, Sid Kapdi's latest offering in Jan 2021 is a book titled 'Scare me If You Can' which has caught the eye of the literary world and fans in the horror genre. The book is based on a unique concept of a horror writing workshop held in a spooky resort, which ends up with a horror short story narration competition. The stories are based in 10 different cities and each story has more horror content as compared to the previous one.
