Signature Sound
Signature Sound is a well-known recording facility in San Diego, California. It hosts two separate studios, including one of Southern California's largest control rooms.
Signature Sound was independently established in 1989, designed by Carl Yanchar. Along with recording, mixing and production services, the studio runs several educational programs such as a YouTube channel with an archive of informational audio engineering videos. Signature Sound offers an artist development program for musicians interested in further marketing their work.
Signature Sound holds several platinum records, including Blink 182’s Enema of the State, U2’s Pop and Nappy Roots' Watermelon, Chicken & Gritz. Other successful albums include Switchfoot’s Nothing is Sound, and New Found Glory’s Sticks and Stones.
