Silverton Partners is a private American venture capital firm headquartered in Austin, Texas.[2]
History[edit]
Silverton Partners was founded by Bill Wood, a founder of Austin Ventures, in 2005.[3] After initially operating as a family office, Silverton Partners launched their first institutional fund with $75 million in 2006. [4] In 2013, the company raised another $75 million for a second venture fund.[5] The company is currently investing out of its third venture fund.[6]
In 2017, Silverton Partners was listed as the most active venture capital firm in Texas by CBInsights.[7]
