Simon Adozi (born 6 May 1983) is a Nigerian businessman, CEO of Adozillion Homes and Realty Ltd.[1][2][3]

Adozillion Homes[edit]

Adozillion Homes and Realty Ltd is a Lagos based real estate company founded by Simon Adozi.[4][5] The company is headquartered in Ikate, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.[6][7] The company provide construction, real estate products and development.[8]

Simon studied BioResources Engineering in Enugu State University of Science and Technology 2003–2009, he proceeded to Lagos Business School (LBS) for his MBA in Entrepreneurship Management, February 2019—December 2020.[9]

Simon began his career in real estate as a realtor in 2016. He started Adozillion Homes in 2021.[10][11] During interview with The Guardian Newspaper Nigeria, Adozi stated the reason he ventured into real estate “was to help solve the pain and rate of scams that customers face in the industry.”[12][13]
