Sivasankar Gandhi Amutha is an Aeronautical Engineer, Researcher, Technical Consultant, Social Activist, Motivational Speaker and a Professor. He is currently holding positions as President of Scientific Communication Research Academy ^[1], Vice President of Aerostat Aviation ^[2], and Deputy Director of Charles Walter Society for Innovation and Research ^[3]. He is the GA Safety Member and Service Provider for FAA^[4] and EASA. He is the Brand Ambassador of the Association for Equality and Well-being^[5], Central Africa. He also serves as the Member of International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing^[6], International Astronautical Federation^[7] Asgardia-Space Nation^[8], Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC)^[9], Gen Global Network^[10], All India Council for Technical Skill Development^[11], National Human Resource Development Network^[12], Executive Committee member for Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI)^[13], State Representative and Advisory Board Member for Space Development Nexus (SDNx)^[14], International Programme Co-ordinator and Executive Committee Member for Institute of Aeronautics, Astronautics and Aviation (IAAA)^[15]. He is the recipient of Young India Change Maker Award, Charles Walter De Vis Award and Gawad Ybarra Award. He received a citation Titled " Global Leader for Peace and Unity" and "Honorary Ambassador" from Leaders Autonomy International.

Early life

Sivasankar G A was born to Gandhi and Amutha in Neyveli, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu on October 12, 1988.

Personal Life

Sivasankar G A is married to Dr. Jayasri in the year 2017 and they have a son Jasvant Yugan born on December 2020 at Perundurai, Tamil Nadu.

Education

Sivasankar G A did his schooling in Jawahar Matriculation Higher Secondary School^[16], Neyveli. He pursued his Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and Master of Technology in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Hindustan University^[17], Chennai. Currently he is doing his research in the area of Aviation and Space Safety Management at Hindustan University, Chennai. He is the recipient of three Doctorates of Philosophy for Peace and Humanity, Earthology and Global Development.

Career

Sivasankar G A started his career as Assistant Professor in the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology ^[18], Coimbatore. During his tenure he visited various capacities of ISRO, DRDO, HAL, NAL etc.. He had organised various National and International Seminars, Conferences and Workshops for Kalaignar Karunanidhi Institute of Technology, Coimbatore. He served for Lanka Pacific Aviation and Engineering, Sri Lanka. And he is serving as an Aviation and Aerospace Consultant for Various renowned organizations in India and Abroad. He is a certified engineer of Rolls Royce on Engine Familiarization.

Research Area

Sivasankar G A is currently working on the research area Integration of Space Safety Management and Safety Assessment tools for Aviation. He also focused his area of research in the field of Re-usable Launch Vehicles.

Social Responsibility

Sivasankar G A has been involved in educating and helping through Thi Maheswari Foundation. And he is an active Advisory Committee Member in Yathum Kovai, foundation started for welfare of the homeless people. He planted trees at various locations as part of his social responsibility. As part of corporate social responsibility, he had visited many schools and colleges for giving guest lectures and seminars.

Publication

He published several papers in the International and National Conference. His notable publications are Virtual Analysis of Chevron Nozzle Lobe Modification^[19] and Alternate Fuels for Aircraft.
