SixFive is a musical group Dominican composed of Carlos Cowers, Daniel Camacho, Joel Garcia, Oliver Castro and Junior Rivera, who met during the auditions of the reality TV Dominicana's Got Talent program. The program premiered on September 4, 2017 at Color Visión.[1] [2]

Carlos Cowers

Carlos Cowers was born on July 6, 1997 in the city of La Romana, Dominican Republic. For his Boy Band audition, Cowers sang "On Bended Knee" from Boyz II Men. He went through the ten-week competition without being placed in the last two or three. He is a trained opera singer, as well as an actor. He played "Brock" in the ABC comedy Fresh Off the Boat in 2015. Cowers is also the lead actor in the 2018 movie "The Rocket."

Daniel Camacho

Daniel Camacho was born on November 23, 1998 and originates from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2016, Camacho auditioned for Dominicanas's Got Talent along with his bandmates Carlos Cowers and Oliver Castro as "The WVKE". The group was buzzed by Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum and criticized by Simon Cowell, which led to their elimination during the audition phase, however, Camacho's voice was praised individually by Cowell. In 2017, Camacho auditioned for Boy Band singing " Somebody to Love" by Queen, immediately becoming a favorite in the competition. Like Tutton, he was never subjected to elimination. He also has a daughter named Brooklyn, who is four years old as of 2019.

Joel García

Joel García was born on March 30, 2000 and is originally from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. In 2017, Garcia auditioned for the first season of Dominicanas's Got Talent, with Sam Smith's " Stay with me". Together with Tutton and Camacho, García went through the competition without being placed in the last two or three. His outstanding performance during the competition was MAXED's performance of Lauryn Hill's interpretation of "Can't Take My Eyes Off You".

Oliver Castro

Oliver Castro was born on June 10, 1996 in La Romana, Dominican Republic. Castro auditioned for Dominicanas's Got Talent with a hybrid English-Spanish version of [Stand by Me] from Prince Royce. On August 10, 2017, Calderón placed himself in the last two along with former contestant Devin Hayes, but the United States saved him.

Junior Rivera

Junior Rivera, was born on August 3, 1999. He is from Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic. He auditioned for Dominicanas's Got Talent, became one of the jury's favorite participants becoming the winner of the first season of Dominicanas's Got Talent. Like Cowers, Castro and Camacho, he was never in danger of elimination.
