Six (stylized in all caps) is the second extended play (EP) by Flipino-American singer-songwriter and record producer Bunii. It was self-released on October 16, 2024, and later re-distributed under Warner Records when Bunii signed with the label in November 2025. Six is considered as Bunii's breakthrough release, with the EP including the songs "Saint", and "Mine", some of the most popular in Bunii's discography.
Background
Bunii began gaining notoriety in early 2024 after producing songs for other artists within the SoundCloud indie scene. Soon, he released his debut extended play, Opo, in August 2024, he began working on Six soon after in that same year and completed within two months' time.[1][2]
Release
The EP self-released on October 16, 2024 to digital streaming services. The album would later be re-distributed by Warner Records, once Bunii signed a deal with them in November 2025. The EP contains five tracks, with a runtime of eight minutes and forty-two seconds.
Composition
Six blends different elements of indie rock, alternative rock, jazz, and emo pop, while also being a relevant and one of the most popular releases to the SoundCloud indie scene. Bunii composed the entire EP by himself.[3][4]
