Skyliner will have 38 office levels and 4 levels intended for retail and service purposes, which will be available to both tenants of the building and Warsaw residents. Over 3,500 m2 of space will include, among others, shops, restaurants, cafes and other service points. The immediate vicinity of the building will be developed in a way that is friendly to passers-by, who will be able to take advantage of the commercial, service and catering offer of the office building. Additionally, at an altitude of 165 meters, two levels of the Skybar with a panoramic view of the city are planned, which can be accessed by a dedicated elevator. In total, Skyliner will have nearly 49,000 sq m of rentable space.

The building is situated at the Daszyńskiego roundabout, close to the M2 metro line station. Access to the five-storey car park for 430 cars will be possible from two sides: from Prosta and Towarowa streets. The underground levels will also provide 300 bicycle spaces and changing rooms for cyclists. Skyliner is pre-certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent [5] level.[4]

Construction started in September 2017 and is expected to finish by the fourth quarter of 2020.
