Skyliner II is an office skyscraper in the city of Warsaw, Poland. It is located at the 67 Prosta Street, near the Ignacego Daszyńskiego Roundabout, in the district of Wola, within the neighbourhood of Czyste. It was opened in 2021.[1]

Design and technical details
The Skyliner II building is being constructed at Prosta Street, near the Ignacego Daszyńskiego Roundabout, next to Skyliner building. It is planned to have 28 storeys, and be 130 m (426.5 ft) tall.[2][1]
The building is planned to have 24 000 m2 (258 334 sq ft) of floor area, including 23 000 m2 (247 570 sq ft) of office space area. It also will have 1 000 m2 (10764 sq ft) of commercial and service areas, located at its base.[2][1][3]
Skyliner II is designed as a smaller twin building to Skyliner, with both buildings being planned to be connected at their base.[2] Skyliner II is also planned to have a garden terrace at its top.[3]
History
The construction of the building is financed by Karimpol Group, and it was designed by the architectural firm of APA Wojciechowski Architekci. Its construction is set to begin in September 2023. It will be constructed next to its twin building, Skyliner, which was opened in 2021.[2][1]
