Slovene Uruguayans comprise Slovene migrants to Uruguay and their descendants. Nowadays they amount to approx. 3,000.[1]
Montevideo is home to a social and cultural association, Primera Sociedad Eslovena Transmurana de Montevideo, established 1935.[2]
