Smile is a 2003 Indian Kannada-language romantic comedy film starring Shivarajkumar, Neha, M. P. Shankar and Lokanath in the lead roles. The film written and directed by Seetharam Karanth in his third venture after Chandramukhi Pranasakhi and Srirasthu Subamasthu, two highly successful ventures, was bankrolled by N. K. Prakash Babu in the banner of Sri Matha Pictures. Prakash Babu had worked with Karanth in his previous ventures. The film has musical score by V. Manohar.
