Socialist Workers Organization (U.S.)

Socialist Workers Organization (SWO) is a Trotskyist organization in the United States. It was formed in 2001 by a split from the group Socialist Action.

The SWO's magazine, Socialist Viewpoint, was published monthly from May 2001 until April 2005 under the direction of Paul Colvin, Rod Holt, Art LeClair, Bill Leumer, Carole Seligman and Nat Weinstein, a longtime member of Socialist Action and, before that, of the Socialist Workers Party (U.S.A). Since 2005 the magazine has appeared every two months. The editors are now Carole Seligman, Bonnie Weinstein, Jaqueline Boyle and Nat Weinstein.
