Soda Springs is an archaic place name in Mendocino County, California.[1] It was a stop on the California Western Railroad near Burbeck 4.5 miles (7.2 km) west of Willits,[2] at an elevation of 741 feet (226 m).[1] The route, a series of "zigzag windings"[3] through the Noyo River valley, was said to host "many good springs".[4]
