Sol Cannabis is a cannabis dispensary and consumption lounge (the first in the state of New Mexico[2][3]) on East Idaho Avenue in Las Cruces, New Mexico. It was originally set to open for business on April 20, 2022,[4] but instead opened 4 days earlier on April 16 2022.[5] In September 2022 It was reported that a "misunderstaning" of the cannabis rules in Las Cruces lead owner Kwame Ponsehock to stop allowing patrons to smoke outdoors on the patio.[6]
