Songsan Motors is a small Chinese Coachbuilder specializing in American-esque retro-styled PHEVs & EV vehicles

Started as a passion-project by the Beijing Car Club, the company brings their designs to life on the aptly named Build Your Dreams (BYD) Auto’s platforms. Since Songsan has no “car-production license[1]” all Songsan vehicles are supplied, produced, badged, and legally classified as a BYD; Songsan’s SS hood emblem and iron cross logo can still be found on the vehicles and/or marketing[2] though. website: SongsanMotors.com

Precursor Organization:

Songsan Motors was founded by the Beijing Auto Club in 2019; beginning in 1995, the Beijing Auto Club is characterized by their retro American appreciation & motorbike and car modifications.[3][4]
