South Pointe Tower
South Pointe Tower is a residential tower in Miami Beach, Florida’s South Beach. Completed in 1987, South Pointe Tower claims to be South Beach's first skyscraper. It is located on the southern extremity of the city overlooking Government Cut and South Point Park. The tower stands 258 ft tall and contains 25 floors. It is located in the "SOFI" (South of Fifth Street) neighborhood.
Notable residents of South Pointe Tower have included Madonna and Lenny Kravitz.
