Soyuz-Neon (Russian: Союз-Неон, also Союз-Неон ПК 11/16) is a Soviet PDP-11-compatible personal computer.

The computer continues the series of PDP-11-compatible computers (Electronika-60, DVK, BK, UKNC, etc.). It was released in a small series, different sources citing numbers from 200 to 1000 units.

Computer boards were designed to install them in the Elektronika MC 0511 (UKNC) computer case.
