Soyuz-Neon (Russian: Союз-Неон, also Союз-Неон ПК 11/16) is a Soviet PDP-11-compatible personal computer.
The computer continues the series of PDP-11-compatible computers (Electronika-60, DVK, BK, UKNC, etc.). It was released in a small series, different sources citing numbers from 200 to 1000 units.
Computer boards were designed to install them in the Elektronika MC 0511 (UKNC) computer case.

- Video: 832 × 300 resolution; the video controller has hardware windowing support; each window has its own video-mode: 1/4/8 color bits, and x1/x2/x4/x8 scale
- Keyboard: 188 keys (MS-7007), JCUKEN layout
- Sound: 3 separate timers with separate volume control
- Storge: combined controller for floppy disks and MFM hard disk, with 2 KB internal buffer
