Srinivasa Moorthy
A. Srinivasa Moorthy is a dubbing artist of the Tamil and Telugu industry and has also made appearances in few Tamil language movies. He has voiced many heroes and villains in the Tamil and Telugu industry. His father A.V.N.Murthy is a veteran dubbing artiste and a singer.[1] He is from Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.

Srinivasa Moorthy has acted in few Tamil movies like Tharai Thappattai , Hello Naan Pei Pesuren and Sarvam thala mayam . He had also done a role in the Tamil Television serial Vamsam.
Dubbing[edit]
Srinivasa Moorthy has dubbed for over three thousands films from Heroes,villains, and Character artistes to comedians. His first Tamil-Telugu dubbed movie was Kizhakku Veluthaachi. The list of heroes to whom he has given voice to is huge. Some famous actors are Rajasekhar[1], Suman, Arjun Sarja, Vineeth, Vadde Naveen, Suriya, Vikram, Ajith Kumar, Madhavan and Upendra. Ajithkumar biggest hits like Vivegam, Yennai Arindhaal etc. were voiced by Srinivasa Moorthy. He has lent his Voice for Nandamuri Balakrishna Gautamiputra Satakarni (film) Tamil dubbed Version. Recently he added another Character to his name by lending his voice for Amitabh Bachchan in Thugs of Hindostan . he has also lent his voice for the Malayalam super star Mohanlal in Janatha Garage and Manyam puli and most of his films. he also dubs for the other biggie of the field Mamooty. Vikram's Aparichithudu brought lot of appreciation to Moorthy for his outstanding dubbing skills. Suriya has always mentioned his dubbing artist's name and it's a great gesture[2]. Singam film series and 24[3] have been a great lift to Suriya in the Telugu industry as well as for Moorthy. Srinivasa Moorthy's big hit was with Prabhu Deva's Premikudu. After this success he want on to lend his voice for Abbas in Premadesam. His first Telugu dubbed movie is Vamsi's Neeku 16 Naaku 18 for Sanjay bhargav, then Rajasekhar's Maa aayana bangaaram (1997) movie. He won a Nandi Award for Best Male Dubbing Artist[1] for Sivayya (1998) for his work for Rajasekhar. Moorthy is mostly known for his work as dubbing artist in Telugu language and Tamil language movies . Along with a hand in Malayalam and Kannada. He is one of the leading voice over artiste for advertisements. Hollywood Tamil dubbed and Telugu dubbed movies are very big part of the industry and he has lent his voice for Daniel Craig and Robert Downey Jr.. (in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions), Vin Diesel, the Rock, Hugh Jackman , tom cruise , Heath ledger and many more. xXx: Return of Xander Cage movie for Vin Diesel Tamil dubbed version, The Fast and the furious series Tamil dubbed version for Vin Diesel. He was the voice of batman in most of the DC films. He has also been a part of the Disney family. The Jungle Book (2016 film) movie in which he voiced for Shere Khan in (Telugu) and Bagheera in Tamil[4]. and many more to be named. his recent venture The lion king(2019) in which he lend his voice for mufasa. He is a dialogue writer too.[5]
He is currently the joint secretary of the south Indian cine teleivision artiste and dubbing artiste union(SICTADAU)[6]..

He has also tried a hand at singing. He has sung a single in Uppi 2 2015 Telugu movie, No Excuse Me Please Song. He has also sung a song in the upcoming movie Sharaba

- He won his first Nandi Award for Best Male Dubbing Artist, for the movie Sivayya in 1998.
- He won a state appreciation award from Andhra film industry for his work in the movie aparichithudu.
- He had received the lifetime achievement award from the TMDAU[7]
