Stark Spirits Distillery is an artisan distillery in Pasadena, California. It is owned and operated by Greg Stark and his wife Karen Robinson-Stark.[1] It is listed in the database of the American Distilling Institute.[2]

The distillery is in a warehouse in a business park in Pasadena. The business was started in 2014. The Starks had previously made home-brewed wine and beer for many years.[3]
