Mu'az, better known as Starscixn (pronounced "Starscion"), is a Songwriter, producer, rapper and singer from Chemor, Malaysia
Biography
Mu'az was born in August 31, 2006 in Chemor, Malaysia. In 2022, Muaz is 16 years old. He is a Malaysian Songwriter, Producer, Singer and Rapper. Muaz grew up like a normal child. He started his career on YouTube in mid-late 2019, at 13 years old, uploading gaming content like "Mobile Legends, Dota 2, League of Legends" inspired by MOBA and FPS games. He started his music career on October 1, 2021, using FL Studio software to make his beats and releasing his own music on November 8, 2021 with a sample song by "Butterfly Boucher". After releasing three songs, he started uploading "Type Beat Music" for rappers/singers.[2][3]
Behind The Name Of "Starscixn/Starscion/Starizz/Muaz"
Stars means he loved gazing at the stars. Cion means that Cion was inspired by XXXTENTACION, his favorite artist, and he replaced the letter O with X because his second favorite artist is SCARLXRD, who also gave him a lot of inspiration. Starizz means Star is Starscixn and Izz is Muaz’s ex-girlfriend’s name, and he combined them. Muaz means Muaz/Mu'az is his real name/legal name.[4][5]

YouTube Career
Before he started a career in music, Muaz began uploading videos on YouTube as Stars YT. He was a gamer who played "Mobile Legends" for 3 years (Late 2019 - 2021) and started uploading videos in January 2021.
It was called "Auto Surrender Enemy | MLBB". He taught Tips/Tricks and how to play "Mobile Legends". One video of Stars YT reached 3K views, called "BUG ! HOW TO HIDE HISTORY IN ORIGINAL SERVER 2021 !! 100% WORK!! | MLBB". Muaz removed all of his Stars YT videos from his YouTube channel and rebranded it to Starscixn.[6]
Music Career
2021 - Present: Independent Releases
On November 8, 2021, Starscixn released his first song "SuicideTrip" and five more songs via his old independent label "Starscixn", and new label "Starizz Records". On December 3, he remixed "Tell me why I'm waiting" by Shiloh Dynasty. On December 22, he released his first EP "Alone". On December 30, he released his first song that he sang, "Forget (Interlude)". Later, he featured on "Happy" by TwoPlusMusic. Nine of his songs are instrumental, two are remixes of "Tell me why I'm waiting by Shiloh Dynasty, Loneliness by Naruto and Poacher's Pride by Nicole Dollanganger", and two are songs he sang, "Forget (Interlude), Fake".[7][8] On February 22, 2022, Starscixn released his first album "Unknown." (Only On Souncloud, Audiomack and YouTube) via his label (Starizz Records) and distributed by AWAL. This album’s style is dark, emo, rap and sad. This album is about his ex and his personality[9]. All his songs have been re-released by AWAL[10]
Musical style
Starscixn's music is somewhat sad and slow, like emo rap, cloud rap, trap, lo-fi and hip hop. His influences included XXXTentacion[11], whom he cited as his biggest inspiration, Eminem, Scarlxrd, Slipknot, Juice WRLD, Kurt Cobain, and Ski mask the slump god. He is also known to replace the letter "o" with "x", inspired by Scarlxrd, which is shown in his stage name, and he puts "." on all his new songs/albums.
