The State Emergency Commission of Mongolia (Mongolian: Монгол Улсын Онцгой Комисс) (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission") shall instruct the management of the relevant state administrative organization, administrative and territorial unit to protect the population, livestock and animals from disasters, technical accidents, terrorist acts and explosions specified in the Law on Disaster Protection. This regulation shall be followed in coordinating, organizing and monitoring the activities of the state administrative center and other organizations, business entities and officials in the implementation of measures to save the environment, eliminate its damage and restore it without delay. The Commission shall be chaired by the Minister of Emergency Situations of Mongolia. In the absence of the Chairman of the Commission, the Minister of Mongolia in charge of professional inspection shall replace him / her.
