Stephanie Holmes Didwania is an American legal scholar who is currently an assistant professor of law at Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is a scholar of criminal law and criminal procedure.[1]
Life and career[edit]
Didwania graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.S. in 2005, majoring in mathematics and economics. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2009, she graduated with a J.D. cum laude from the University of Chicago Law School.[1]
After graduating from law school, Didwania clerked for Judge Richard A. Paez on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In 2016, she completed a Ph.D. at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, focusing on managerial economics and strategy. In 2018, she served as a Harry A. Bigelow Fellow at the University of Chicago Law School.[1]
Didwania joined the faculty at the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019. Her research interests include the study of the law and economics of the criminal legal system.[2]
