Stephen J. Clay
Stephen Clay is an American politician. He is a Democratic Party member of the Indianapolis City-County Council in Indiana.[1][2] He was elected to the District 11 in 2014 and won the election to the District 13 in 2015.[1] He was also a former city-county President[3][4][5][6]and the first minister to serve the City-County Council since the creation of UniGov in 1971.[2][4]
Clay is a graduate of Bishop College of Dallas and has received a Doctorate from Beulah Bible College for Biblical Theology.[1] He is a senior pastor of Messiah Missionary Baptist Church and a member of the Municipal Corporations Committee at Indianapolis.[1][7][2]
